Publish Bakes the wrapper with the current config and uploads it live to the Worker. The list at the bottom is what is already published there; 🗑 Delete removes the entry selected in it.

Load reads the current config; Save writes it to R2 and purges the edge copy — it does NOT re-publish the wrapper. Every URL must be absolute http(s) with no #. Saving points the ad target at the cfg URL, so Publish live then enables rotation; for a single ad, use a normal URL instead.Advanced — optional

General targetingSeeds every URL card as a default. Device and VPN apply to every ad. Countries are ISO-2 codes, comma-separated: allow shows the ad ONLY in those countries (empty = all countries), block hides it there, and block always wins over allow.
